Anyone knows why this game is SO dark?

Put it in the title or bust. (The frame used for the video's thumbnail is poorly (automatically) chosen, too. It should show a storm of bullets and enemies!)
Yes, I watched the vid and poorly noticed how a few seconds were spent on gathering hundreds of enemies on a small spot and killing them all in 1 hit, then I automatically selected the frame where all their parts are flying around and the explosion is seen. Frames where screen is filled with bullets and enemies are lasting throughout the whole movie, but only in 2 spots you can see the unique and clever manipulation (with WTF aspect before you figure out what exactly is being done). As for naming out the difficulty, I asked the clear question about mentioning it, Nach answered it and was alone who did so before the movie was published. Are you guys kidding me now? EDIT: Since it desyncs (thanks HourGlass and 40 fps), I will reencode it, but PLEASE tell me what label should I use for branch.

When working on knife thrower, I found out knife timeout decrements NOT every frame (sometimes it doesn't). Will debug tomorrow. EDIT: When new level block set is loaded into video RAM, object attributes such as timers don't count. Object positioning is still counted in a temp loop. So, since you move at constant speed, you can't manipulate these knife timers by skipping their routines deliberately. Which is sad, will need to get around tossers the hard way...

People keep posting these things (same as with Notable Improvement) in a way like they were DELIBERATELY skipped. One is unable to perfectly mark everything! Help with just telling why it's needed.

And not a single idea I gave is disproved. Neither is any question answered. Great. Also, where did you get the term "restriction" that suddenly is the key to naming Moons runs? You still don't see how you're making Moons runs serve around Vault?

I was actually considering cancelling it but the improvement is definitely going to take a long time to do, I don't know how long. We've spent more then a few days doing fight 2 due to the set RNG and we're still doing that fight.
Doesn't answer the question: what if we publish this attempt?

Okay, I'll consider the option of starring it, will just look at the ratings for a few weeks.

Sorry, but saying, any%, low% and 100% are not referring to type of game completion is absurd. Calling unambiguous and objective the system where you need to change the branch of what was previously any% (that then became slower than glitched) to "avoids whatever glitch is used to glitch the game into completion state in the glitched branch", adjusting the branch each time the game is broken differently - that is absurd. Mentioning the avoided game-breaking glitch in "what previously was any%" and not mentioning it in all the rest branches (though it is avoided there too) - that is absurd. All that absurd is caused by a will to HIGHLIGHT the fastest branch. Also it is caused by forcing the categorization to perfectly match the tier system. It was that, Vault was added to allow boring game records to be published. Now you are turning it that way like only Vault matters by default, all the rest is dependent on it. All the rest needs to mention what restriction it uses over the Vaulted run. Categories/branches are created when a good run presents unique content over the other branches. Branch names are made to tell people what are they looking at. Branch names should be clear, short and descriptive. As was said, "no glitch A, no trick B, also warpless, no OOB" in one branch sounds like shit. But even that is tolerable when it describes WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE (like "glitchless low%, Speedbooster"). Now all the branches need to excuse and tell how do they all differ from a single fastest branch. "no X-Ray glitch" "no X-Ray glitch, 14%, Speedbooster" "no X-Ray glitch, 14%" "no X-Ray glitch, lowest ingame timer" "no X-Ray glitch, 100%" "no X-Ray glitch, Reverse Boss Order" And finally the branch the DOES use the X-Ray glitch NEVER TELLS that! What the fuck is this shit?! What is it done for? I fail to see how exactly all that crap is helpful to anyone. All the Moons branches are now unique by using "no X-Ray glitch"?! They are unique each by itself. Please let them have the names they can be recognized for.

Should difficulty be exclusively mentioned as a branch or just as a movie tag? Also, how about starring this movie?

It's not about whether there is % or not. You call any% runs where you don't have percentage at all, just because it's used to tell the type of game completion. Here I put % just to highlight each category tells exactly the difference against all the rest, and all of them refer to game completion. I'd like to hear your arguments against my very thoughts.

So the outcome is the same as normally, but the way of reaching it is utterly different.

Every category must have a clear name telling what this category does what all the others don't, as a general goal. Yes, mentioning what glitch is absent relatively to the faster version, "no X" or "less glitched" will work, it's less glitched that any%. It's NOT less glitched than any other branch! It is exactly the same regarding the use of game-breaking glitches. Also, % refers to the type of game completion, which has some traditional names. Any% completes random part of the game to legitimately beat it. Low% does beat it by the lowest+fastest possible completion. 100% - legitimately beat it with full completion. Pacifist% - same as any%, just pacifist. Glitched% - DOES NOT legitimately beat the game! It breaks it to make it think it was completed. So in terms of completion definition, the new system doesn't make sense. And it's also inconsistent about exclusive goals.

That rom you mentioned has the same hashsums as I posted. I have no idea where they got your hashsum. It belongs neither to the rom nor to the archive it's in... Anyway, it still won't run.
